By purchasing items from the site, you are bound by our terms regarding the sale of our goods outlined below.
This website is run by BigCartel, an online e-commerce platform allowing us to for-fill your orders efficiently.
Returns and exchanges-
All sales of our products are subject to these refund and exchange terms.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 any order can be cancelled for a full refund from the moment you place your order. If you have received your goods and you have changed your mind they may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange subject to the following conditions
For any issues with a product purchased from Wheeler Motorsport LTD, email us within 14 days requesting a refund or exchange. If a package arrived damaged, mark as damaged with the shipping provider and please include a photo of the box and notify us immediately. Items should be in as new condition for returns. Shipping cost, unless the return is due to a defect will be incurred by the customer.
Proof of shipping back to us is needed if in the event the package is lost, if proof is not supplied, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.
Any custom ordered or personalised products are not eligible for refund or exchange as agreed upon the sale.
Wheeler Motorsport LTD are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Privacy and security at checkout-
Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by third party, recognised platforms, which have a high level of security on all transactions.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

- Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

Delivery-
Orders ship via a number of delivery partners to keep cost down for the customer, and should be delivered within 7 days maximum for UK addresses. Send an Email if you’d like tracking info or any updates relating to your order. In general, if purchased before 2pm the item will be booked and posted out next working day, however due to a small team this lead time may vary, please get in touch before ordering to double check. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person or geographic region.
Shipping is available to most countries worldwide; shipping cost and time will vary depending on the destination and agreement made at the time of sale of the specific item. It is your responsibility to make sure the product you purchase can be legally delivered and used in your country or region.
Taxes and duties-
The Shipping and Taxes estimate does not include any Import Tax, VAT or Duties you may be liable to pay upon import into your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these charges upon import and to adequately research such charges before purchasing any items. If import duties are not paid, the item may be returned back to us. The initial shipping costs and any extra charges we incur as a result of this will be deducted from any refund made to you. All shipping costs covers the shipping charges only, this does not include any Customs Charges which are levied by your government.
If you are liable for any Customs Charges / Duties the courier company will contact via phone, email or send a letter.
All taxes and duties are for the customer to pay and organise, this work will not be completed by Wheeler Motorsport LTD.

Pricing is subject to change at any time, with the market and economy. Availability of products is also subject to change with demand and supply chain. Discontinuation of products could happen at any time and we reserve the right to make modifications as we require.

You must promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment methods so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
